Colleen is honored to serve on the PFO Board! She is the founder and principal insights consultant for Key Insights Research, a consumer research consultancy. Currently partnering with JM Smucker, she has previously worked with a wide range of companies and brands to support brand strategy and innovation.

Colleen and her husband live in Pittsburgh with their Frenchie. They enjoy spending time with their adult children who also reside in the area. In her spare time, Colleen likes to travel, read, cook, play games, and catch up with extended family and friends. She has also occasionally been seen on set working as an extra in the Pittsburgh Film Community.
