Gabriela (Gabby) Citrone Rooney is a vibrant philanthropist dedicated to creating meaningful impact in her community and beyond. As a leader at her family’s foundation, Citrone 33, Gabby focuses on advancing mental health initiatives, education, and human services through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. She has co-chaired The Pink Agenda Gala in New York City since 2019 and founded The Pittsburgh Gala, a platform empowering young professionals to support breast cancer research and engage in philanthropy. Under her leadership, these efforts have raised over $1 million for breast cancer initiatives. 

A graduate of Elon University with a degree in sport and event management, Gabby now calls Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, home. She enjoys staying active with Pure Barre, designing her dream home, and spending time with her husband, Gannon, and their cherished dog, Baymax. Whether exploring Disney World or hosting events that inspire change, Gabby’s passion for connection and community shines through every aspect of her life.
