Grant Gittlen currently serves as Chief of Staff for Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato, a role he has held since January of 2024. Prior to this, he spent four years as Director of Operations and Special Projects with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

His public service career includes key roles in the City of Pittsburgh, where he worked as Assistant Chief of Staff and in Community and Government Affairs under Mayor Bill Peduto.
