Kevin has been a Teamster for over 35 years and currently serving his third consecutive term as the President of Teamsters Local 249.  Prior to serving as President, he has served for six years as the Vice President and seven and half years as trustee.   Kevin is currently the Secretary Treasurer of Joint Council No. 40 and Recording Secretary for the Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters.   In addition to his various roles, He equally serves as the Chairman of the Western Pennsylvania Area United Parcel Grievance Committee, appointed to serve as International Representative for UPS, elected three times to represent the local as an International Delegate for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.  For the past thirteen years he has been serving as a trustee to the Western Pa Pension Fund and previously served six years as a trustee on the Employment Partners Benefit Fund.
