As the Founder and CEO of Hoffmann Murtaugh, Shea has built the largest media focused agency in Pittsburgh. With no capital or agency experience, Shea started the company in 2004 and is now one of the fastest growing integrated marketing agencies in the city today. Shea not only leads the agency’s strategic vision, but also oversees key client relationships and business development.

Outside of work, Shea owns a commercial real estate business, Virtual Real Estate and a property management company, WorkLive and is currently working on a downtown Pittsburgh mixed use project that will house condos with a shareable office space that condo residents can work and live in the same place. Shea is involved with several non-profit organizations in the city including the Executive Board member of the Pittsburgh Film Office, Member of Community Board of CORE, Member of the Allegheny Conference, FBI Citizens Academy, RiverLife, and more. A graduate of Duquesne University, Shea and her husband Jim, reside in Sewickley, PA with their three rescued wiener dogs, Rueben, Brutus and Oliver.
